About the Event
In session 3 you will learn:
1. Praying with a sacred text
2. Centering Prayer
3. Loving Kindness Practice
4. Forest Bathing (a form of Walking Meditation, done with complete attention to nature. It will be through Zoom, and taught with the help of poems that have grown out of my own practice of Forest Bathing.
